Beskarhund Kennel

Beskarhund is a Dogs Australia recognised breeding kennel. We are a boutique kennel producing working German Shepherd Dogs and English Springer Spaniels for professional working roles and sports. Dogs we have bred are working in detection, and police and trialling in protection sports (IGP and PSA) as well as Dogs Australia recognised sports.

    Description: Bam is a sable entire male GSD; he is measured at 67cm to the withers and maintains an athletic build. He shows immense enthusiasm for training and enjoys competing. We are currently trialling in obedience, rally, scent work and tricks. Due to commitments elsewhere we have put a pause on training protection sports (PSA), however we do hope to get back into it as Bam shows a lot of potential.

    Bam’s siblings have all shown to be exceptional dogs, including one litter mate serving as a police dog in Queensland.

    Description: Ivar is a black entire male GSD with a heart of gold. He has big energy and competitive spirit making him a pleasure to train. Unfortunately, when it was the optimum time to be proofing skills for competition COVID struck. However, plans for 2025 are to start building him up for competing in obedience/rally. He is currently competing in Excellent class in Scent Work for most elements and excels in the sport. Ivar has as solid build typical of sires breeding.

    Description: Stanley is a large and lively working English Springer Spaniel with excellent character and an incredibly friendly and social disposition. Everyone we encounter in work and sports loves his general character and jovial attitude. He is showing a lot of potential for retrieving and has begun working in conservation detection (Greater Glider).

    Stanley comes from a breeder in New Zealand who works their dogs in hunting invasive species, and his bloodlines speak for themselves within the retrieving and field trial sports.

    Stanley has siblings in professional and sports homes in both NZ and Australia.

    Stanley is available at stud to approved bitches only.

    Description: Ada is a sable neutered female GSD. Ada is the foundation bitch for the Beskarhund kennel. She is moderately sized bitch and has always had high drive and enjoys training and working more than anything else. She still works as a conservation detection dog and is able to work for long hours and still be efficient in her tasks even in her older age.

    Ada has had 3 very successful litters, her first being the Morekos “F” litter, her second being the Beskarhund “Star Wars Star Ship” litter and her final litter being the Beskarhund “Star Wars Galaxy” litter. Producing phenomenal working dogs in each litter, including a police dog and protection sports dogs.

    Ada was desexed in early 2023, however her legacy will be carried through the kennel for years to come.

This litter was born on the 11th of September 2025; this is an exciting litter of working line German Shepherd dogs with both lines having siblings or progeny and parents working in police and professional detection services, as well as performance sports dogs through ANKC sports, IGP and PSA.

Kayrossi game of toten N.SPRD RN SWN WPD (Toten) is a solid sable boy with a robust temperament, competing in several disciplines of ANKC sports. He has progeny already within QPS and his kennel needs no introduction within the working and protection sports world.

Beskarhund jedha (Jade) currently competes in Mantrailing and holds a Mantrailing Global Level 1 certification, ANKC Scent Work Novice and backpacking titles. She has siblings in QPS, as well as competing in sports across the board in ANKC disciplines including obedience, tracking, scent work and endurance sports, and PSA, with her litter mate being award High Protection and Decoys Choice at a trial in early 2025. Jade's mother is a professional detection dog that works on several endangered species, however primarily working with departments on Greater Glider.

Professional working roles and sports homes are encouraged to enquire about this litter.

Both parents have their AZ stamp for HD/ED and clear for DM.
